1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using glownaturalk.pk you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase from GlowNatural K.
3. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and bank transfers. Card payments are processed securely through Shopify — we do not see or store your card details.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 working hours. Delivery times depend on your city; typical delivery is 1–4 working days across Pakistan. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & refunds
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Return & Exchange page.
7. Product information
We take care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, shades and packaging may vary slightly from images due to lighting and brand updates. Ingredient lists on brand packaging are the definitive source.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including logos, product names, images and text — is the property of GlowNatural K or our partners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access, to disrupt the service, or to submit false or misleading information.
10. Limitation of liability
GlowNatural K is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
